VENDOR FEE IS $25 

This includes all food related vendors and swap meet vendors as well. Swap meet vendors may ONLY sell car related items. 

This is for one 10x10 space. 

WAYS TO PAY FEE:

Option B: You can also pay via CashApp $RebeccaCarQueen  (Rebecca O' Productions) include your name in the notes. 

This is an outdoor event, and you must provide your own table, tent, and set up. Vendor spaces are limited to what can fit under a regular 10x10 base canopy. If more space is needed additional space must be purchased. All Vendors will have certain areas to pick from to set up their stand, First come first serve day of event.  Map will be texted to you as event gets closer. Electrical outlets are limited and vary by location of the events. Car Show staff have priority . You are welcome to bring a gas powered generator as need. 

• Any vendors selling food must have a valid current health permit/inspection posted visibly. This is to ensure the safety of all customers and so that food is being prepared/stored in accordance to all Texas laws. Please UPLOAD a copy of it when submitting application below. 

• You may sell or promote any car related service or products that are in good taste  and must not be deemed negative/insulting or inappropriate in any way form or fashion.  This is to ensure a  family - oriented car show atmosphere. You must have your own change and ways to take payments from customers. You may pass out business cards, flyers, promotional items, etc. as needed. 

• Vendors may NOT HAVE RAFFLES  at their booth that charge participants to join. If you plan to raffle anything it must be free of charge to participants. ONLY official sponsors may have raffles that charge any fees.

You and your business can become an official sponsor by giving a monetary contribution donation to our organization that will go towards the purchase of items needed to run our events such as trophies, plaques, dash plaques, event t-shirts, ETC. 

As a sponsor at any level your logo will be added to our official flyers that are used for promotion across social media and print. Amount of sponsorship will depend on the size and location. 

Gold $250  

1. Priority vendor booth (all vendor rules apply)
2. Logo/Business name added to official flyer (Big)
3. Mention on all social sites facebook, Instagram and announced day of event on stage
4. Must provide a prize(s) to raffle off another great way to promote
5. Business cards passed out to all participants at check in (you must provide)
6. Banner with logo displayed on awards stage and/or check in tent (you must provide)
7. Logo and/or business name on all trophies and awards given out to our winner,  depending if we give trophies or plaques, will determine if we use your name or logo.  Please email logo with time to rebeccatexascarqueen@gmai.com or Attach to your application below. 
8. Logo/Name on shirts (if we have shirts printed)
9. Permanent logo and website link on our Sponsor's page under  the "About us" tab on website navigation on top. 
10. This includes one vehicle entry into the car show for judging. (This is optional) If you would like to register more than one those must be registered separately.

Silver $100

1. Vendor booth (all vendor rules apply)
2. Logo/Business name added to official flyer (small)
3. Mention on all social sites Facebook, Instagram and announced day of event on stage
4. Must provide a prize(s) to raffle off another great way to promote
5. Business cards passed out to all participants at check in (you must provide)

7. This includes one vehicle entry into the car show for judging. (This is optional) If you would like to register more than one those must be registered separately.

PAYMENT

Option C: You can Pay by Cash or Business Check by contacting Rebecca to set up an appointment 956-454-3065. A $35 fee will added to any returned checks.
