Pageant Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
****We will not have any interviews before the pageant and no prior practices for this pageant since we will not have an opening dance, but I we will try and do a quick run-through of all events after check-in with all participants****
Admission Fee: $10 per person. Kids under 3 are Free.

Doors open at 1:50pm. Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Only 1 female is allowed backstage with contestant and that person must also pay general admission.
**My visiting queens are Free (any guest with them need a ticket) and queens from any other production have a $5 general admission fee.

Depending on final count of registered participants all age divisions are subject to change, be modified, get combined or deleted based on the number of girls in that division. (Other divisions that are commonly added that are not above are Tiny Miss, Tot Miss, Duchess, Jr. Teen, Darling (Disability))
All Contestants MUST submit 1 good quality headshot photo when you submit online application that will be used for program book, most photogenic award, and for those who are under 3 years of age the photo is part of your score.

Western Bling Fashion Wear
This is an outfit of choice that represents our theme of Wild West . This is a runway fashion style western attire. It should have bling like rhinestones, glitter, sequins, any thing that is glitzy yet looks western. It can be any color. Those livestock show style suits are ok for this phase of the competition. Outfit can be a western dress (any length), dressy pants, western suit or skirt, etc. No plain jeans!! Walk and outfit coordination will be judged. You can also use props such as cowgirl hat, handkerchief , etc. Shoes should be western style boots to match your outfit, but you also welcome to wear heels/shoes that complement your attire.
Evening Gown Formal Wear
Your dress should reflect your personality and be age appropriate. Any color of gown is acceptable . Choose a dress that best flatters your body type… feel comfortable in it. ALL GOWNS FOR GIRLS 2 AND OLDER MUST BE FLOOR LENGTH and can be any style or shade of color. Only exception to this rule is the divisions under 23 months, which can have cupcake style dresses or dresses that are at the knee so.
On-Stage Introduction
This is brief introduction, try to keep under 1 minute. It must include your name, city, age and may include goals, favorite quote, hobbies or something interesting about yourself. You will do your introduction and right after you will stay in stage to do your interview.
On-Stage Interview (Q&A)
Delegates will be asked 1 question from each judge and will answer them onstage. This will count as your mini interview. This will be done in your evening gown. A list of possible questions will be emailed closer to event so you can practice.
People’s Choice
Award will be given to contestant who gets the most votes at the pageant. This is for an extra award on stage. Each vote will be $1.00. No Limit! Cash or CashApp only. This does not affect scores or crowning. Proceeds will go to local charities. A nice crown, ribbon sash, and trophy will be given on stage.
Photogenic
Must look as professional as possible, clear and good resolution. No distracting backgrounds. Must be a head shot that shows your natural facial beauty without effects or alterations (no glitz photos) . Be sure to smile!
For girls under 3 years, photo will be judged and part of your score.
Hair and Makeup
Makeup for all divisions should be kept natural. Light Stage glamorous makeup is allowed during all on stage competitions for all divisions. When worn, makeup should enhance the contestant’s natural beauty and should not overpower them. Hair styles should be age appropriate. THIS IS A SEMI-GLITZ PAGEANT. No nails under 5, no tans that are out of the norm or distracting, keep hair pieces to a minimum, no showing of midriff (stomach area for younger age groups) ALL OUTFITS MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE! Points will be deducted for not following rules.
Important Event Details:
One Queen will be crowned in each age division. They will receive a Rhinestone Crown, Satin Embriodered Sash, Crown Pin, Trophy, photo shoot package (pending sponsor), All Runner-Ups will receive a mini crown and/or trophy award in each age division on stage (Everyone will leave with something). Any prize can change or be replaced at director’s discretion no guarantees. Other prizes may be added to all queens as more sponsors are acquired. By participating in this event, you agree that entry into the pageant and filling out this form shall serve as a photo release. Entrants and participants by registering for this event, you understand that you release and discharge Rebecca O' Productions and it's owner Rebecca Orellana-Anciso, location of event Harlingen Community Theatre, Weslaco Library (Eugene Braught Theater), sponsors, employees, volunteers, judges and any participants from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes that may be suffered by an entrants and their guests during or after this event. Judges decision is final. Good Sportsmanship is appreciated and anyone acting out of line will be asked to leave pageant grounds and may be possibly banned from participating in any future events. All entry fee, donation, and people's choice money collected is not transferable, non-refundable whether you show up to event or not. If you encounter a problem please address any and all concerns to Rebecca.
As a contestant you and your parents (if under 18) must sign this application. Your ONLINE SUBMISSION serves as signature for both contestant and parent(s). Rebecca Orellana-Anciso dba Rebecca O’ Productions dba South Texas Beautiful Miss is NOT responsible for any theft or injuries that occur during any part of the pageant and will NOT be held accountable for such acts. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. You also understand that All Fees are Non Refundable, Non-Transferable, NO EXCEPTION!! This applies even if you cannot attend pageant, date changes and final pageant date does not work for you! All contestants must also meet program book deadline (if a book is printed). Any advertisement sold for the program book is also non-refundable even if contestant drops from the pageant. Failure to comply with any rules or terms of pageant can lead to legal action against you. By signing this application you agree with the terms of the pageant and so do your parents. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the entire application and understand what is expected of you and contestant as far as all rules and regulations, areas of competition and all outfits needed to compete, hair and make-up, entry fee and all fees associated with participating and you understand this is your responsibility entirely. If you win you agree to all the reigning royalty rules and regulations set forth including ATTENDING at least 3 community events. Director has discretion to modify and add any rules and implement any she deems needed at her discretion.
