VENDORS PAGEANT MARKET EXPO (SCROLL DOWN)

Miss Stars & Stripes 2026-27 Pageant is an OUTDOOR event that is part of a Pageant Market Expo.
Date: Thursday June 25th, 2026
Location: The Landmark on Tower, 103 N. Tower Rd. ALAMO, TEXAS
Time: 7:00 pm to 9:00pm
Contestant Check-In: 6:15pm
This pageant is open to natural born females from across south Texas (Austin to Brownsville and anywhere in between). If you are traveling from out of the area there are several hotels you can book close to the location. No Experience Needed to Join! It is recommend that you do practice your walks, modeling, poses before event on your own especially if you are new to pageants.
Theme: America The Beautiful (Patriotic Wear)
Bring your best themed America The Beautiful Patriotic Fashion Wear. This is an outfit of choice and may be any color, but the colors representative of this event are red, white and blue. Contestant attire should be an outfit or costume that reflects the pride and patriotism of the USA and its 250th anniversary. It can have glitter, sequins, other layers and it can be dress, dressy pants, skirt. etc. Walk and outfit coordination will be judged. You can also use props such as hats, scarfs, etc. THIS IS NOT EVENING GOWN WEAR.
This is a very simple one outfit pageant. You will be judged on outfit adhering to theme, outfit quality and coordination, and how you work the stage; modeling, walking, poses, eye contact and overall presentation. All ages 3 and under have 2 areas of competition: America the Beautiful Theme Wear and photogenic.
All contestants over 4 years old will also do a 30 second to a minute self introduction on the microphone. This should include your name, age, city you represent, school related facts, and any hobbies or interest. This pageant does NOT have interviews, no onstage questions, no talent, no evening gown, and no practices, like are usual pageants do, because of the nature of the event.
Arrive DRESSED and READY to go on Stage!!
Any parents walking child on-stage (under 3 yrs old) must wear black (if possible) this is so that you don't take away attention from your child. Ages 4 and up MUST walk on stage by themselves parent/guardian must wait off stage.
Entry fee will be $75 (paid before the pageant)

If paying cash it must be done by deadline in Harlingen.
This includes entry into the event, half page in program book, and book day of event.
Everyone must PRE-REGISTER by SUNDAY JUNE 21ST!!
GENERAL ADMISSION TO THE EVENT IS FREE! No Tickets are required. Outdoor seating will be on a first come first serve basis.
Program books will be on sale for $5 at event.
The digital program book will be available via a QR CODE free of charge.
People's Choice Votes will be $1.
Voting begins a few days before the pageant and goes on throughout event.

***Director has the right to close, add, combine, split into two, and adjust age divisions as needed based on final counts of Registered Participants and is always done in the fairest way possible for contestants.
THIS IS A SEMI-GLITZ PAGEANT. Girls can wear make-up but MUST be age appropriate, no nails under 5, No Tans that are out of the norm or distracting, Keep hair pieces to a minimum, No showing of midriff (stomach area for younger age groups) ALL OUTFITS MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE! Anyone not following rules will lose points on their scores.
Crowning: One Queen will be crowned in each age division.
They will receive a Rhinestone Crown, Satin Sash, Crown Pin and a Trophy.
Runner Ups will get a small crown and an award (trophy or plaque)
Judge's decision is final. You may inquire about your score after the pageant via text; those will be sent out via text 2 weeks after the pageant by director. After a month, scores sheets will no longer be available for request.
Crowned Queens MUST attend at LEAST 3 community events during year of reign.

VENDOR FEE IS $35 - (BOOTH)
This fee is for those who want to set up at event . This is an outdoor event, and you must provide your own table, tent, and set up. Vendor spaces are limited to what can fit under a regular 10x10 base canopy. If more space is needed additional space must be purchased. All Vendors will have certain areas to pick from to set up their stand, First come first serve day of event. Map will be texted to you as event gets closer. Electrical outlets are limited and vary by location of the events. We will try our best to only have 2 MAX of each type of vendor (food related) so that you are able to make sales.
You may sell or promote any service or products that are in good taste and must not be deemed negative/insulting or inappropriate in any way form or fashion. This is to ensure a family - oriented atmosphere. You must have your own change and ways to take payments from customers. You may pass out business cards, flyers, promotional items, etc. as needed.

Any vendors selling food must have a valid current health permit/food handling license/inspection posted visibly. Even a tax sales permit anything that shows you are allowed to handle and sell food. This is to ensure the safety of all customers and so that food is being prepared/stored in accordance to all Texas laws. Please UPLOAD a copy of one of these when submitting application below.
VENDOR FEE IS $25 - NON-BOOTH (VIRTUAL/PRINT)
This fee is for those business who may not be able to attend event but still want to be a part of it. (Those who set up a both can also do this) This covers digital advertisement via the big screen. Your business card or ad will run on a loop throughout duration of event plus your business card or ad will print in our program book. Books will be printed and there will be an online digital book.
YOU MAY DO ONE OPTION OR BOTH DEPENDING ON YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS. BOTH $60.

We try our best to get as many people out there but there is no guarantee of sales. You also understand that ALL Vendor fee are non-transferable, non-refundable, NO EXCEPTION, whether you show up to event or not or if event is postponed due to weather. If it is weather related your fee will be applied to new date. Once you fill out form we will contact you a day or so before event for set up time, map of set up , etc.
By participating in this event, you agree that entry into the pageant and filling out this form shall serve as a photo release. You give permission to Rebecca O' Productions to use your photo now and in the future for any pageants or events without expiration. Entrants and participants by registering for this event, you understand that you release and discharge Rebecca O' Productions and it's owner Rebecca Orellana-Anciso, location of event (vary by pageant) Harlingen Community Theatre, Bert Ogden Arena, Weslaco Library (Eugene Braught Theater), The Landmark on Tower (Alamo), sponsors, employees, volunteers, judges and any participants from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes that may be suffered by an entrants and their guests during or after this event. Judges decision is final and cannot be contested at any time. Good Sportsmanship is appreciated and anyone acting out of line will be asked to leave pageant grounds and may be possibly banned from participating in any future events. All entry fee, donation, and people's choice money collected is not transferable, non-refundable whether you show up to event. If you encounter a problem please address any and all concerns to Rebecca.
As a contestant you and your parents (if under 18) must sign this application. Your ONLINE SUBMISSION serves as signature for both contestant and parent(s). Rebecca Orellana-Anciso dba Rebecca O’ Productions is NOT responsible for any theft or injuries that occur during any part of the pageant and will NOT be held accountable for such acts. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. You also understand that All Fees are Non Refundable, Non-Transferable, NO EXCEPTION!! This applies even if you cannot attend pageant, date changes and final pageant date does not work for you! All contestants must also meet program book deadline (if a book is printed). Any advertisement sold for the program book is also non-refundable even if contestant drops from the pageant. Failure to comply with any rules or terms of pageant can lead to legal action against you. By signing this application you agree with the terms of the pageant and so do your parents. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the entire application and understand what is expected of you as a contestant as far as all rules and regulations and areas of competition. You also understand all outfits needed to compete, hair and make-up costs, entry fee and all fees associated with participating are your sole responsibility entirely. If you win (Crowned), you agree to all the reigning royalty rules and regulations set forth including ATTENDING at least 3 community events. Director has discretion to modify and add any rules and implement any she deems needed at her discretion at any time before, during, or after the pageant!
