I am going to try and park as many corvettes inside as possible in order to reserve a spot inside please register early, spots are first come first serve.

I am also going to ask that all participants please attach a photo of them with their corvette to display on the big screen throughout the show.

Car Show: 6PM to 10PM
Move-In starts: 5:30pm
Registration: 6 to 7pm
Extremely late arrivals will not be allowed to register.

Judging: 7 to 8pm
Awards: 8:30pm

Generation: C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8 BEST IN CLASS AWARD

Registration Fee is $20.

Other TYPE of vehicles are welcome to show and shine in the adjacent parking lot toward the end, priority is for registered Corvette Owners and Corvette Show-N-Shine Participants. NON- Vette Owners may be asked to move their vehicle if space is needed. If you do plan to show-n-shine, I ask that you support us with a donation if you can to help these events keep going. If you are part of the show and shine keep in mind you will not be in the running for any awards and must still follow all car show rules.

VENDOR INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

VENDOR FEE IS $20

This includes all food related vendors, item/business vendors and swap meet vendors as well. This is for one 10x10 space. We will try our best to only have 2 MAX of each type of vendor so that you are able to make sales.

This is an outdoor event, and you must provide your own table, tent, and set up. Vendor spaces are limited to what can fit under a regular 10x10 base canopy. If more space is needed additional space must be purchased. All Vendors will have certain areas to pick from to set up their stand, First come first serve day of event. Map will be texted to you as event gets closer. Electrical outlets are limited and vary by location of the events. Car Show staff have priority . You are welcome to bring a gas powered generator as need.

Any vendors selling food must have a valid current health permit/food handling license/inspection posted visibly. Even a tax sales permit anything that shows you are allowed to handle and sell food. This is to ensure the safety of all customers and so that food is being prepared/stored in accordance to all Texas laws. Please UPLOAD a copy of it when submitting application below.

You may sell or promote any service or products that are in good taste and must not be deemed negative/insulting or inappropriate in any way form or fashion. This is to ensure a family - oriented car show atmosphere. You must have your own change and ways to take payments from customers. You may pass out business cards, flyers, promotional items, etc. as needed.

We try our best to get as many people out there but there is no guarantee of sales. You also understand that ALL Vendor fee are non-transferable, non-refundable, NO EXCEPTION, whether you show up to event or not or if event is postponed due to weather. If it is weather related your fee will be applied to new date.

Once you fill out form we will contact you for set up time, map of set up , etc.

Participant Rules

1. All parking will be on a first come first serve basis

2. Vehicle numbers are randomly assigned once your registration is received (does not indicate parking space)

3. Tents are welcomed and encouraged behind or next to vehicle

4. All registered participants must stay till awards. You must be present to receive award (unless an emergency please notify me) Be sure judges have looked at your car otherwise you have no chance of placing.

5. You will be judged on paint, body, finish, wheels & tires, engine bay, interior and overall appearance & showmanship. Vehicle Hood and trunk must be open during judging. Judges must have access to all areas of vehicle. All judge’s decisions are final.

Day of event you will get a printed number that you will display inside of windshield for judging 🏆

In case of rainy (drizzle) weather, event will go on rain or shine

If it is severe or hurricane type weather, then car show will be cancelled.

Whether you pre-register or register day of event, by participating in this event, you agree that entry shall serve as a photo release. Entrants and participants by registering for this event, you understand that you release and discharge Rebecca O' Productions and it's owner, Rebecca Orellana-Anciso aka Rebecca Car Queen, location of event: Integrity Auto Repair (Edinburg) , Advance Auto Parts (harlingen)(Bastrop), Landmark on tower (Alamo), sponsors, employees, vendors, volunteers, judges and any participants from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes that may be suffered by an entrants and their guests during or after this event. Rebecca O’ Productions is NOT responsible for any theft or injuries that occur during any part of the car show and will NOT be held accountable for such acts. We are also not responsible for any acts of God that may result in any damage. Car Show Judges decision is also final. Good Sportsmanship is appreciated and anyone acting out of line will be asked to leave car show grounds and may be possibly banned from participating in any future events. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. All registration/entry fees and money collected is not transferable, non-refundable whether you show up to event or not. If you encounter a problem, please address any and all concerns to Rebecca Car Queen. You also understand that All Fees are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, NO EXCEPTION!! This applies even if you cannot attend event and/or date changes due to weather. By signing this application, registering online or day of event, you agree with the terms of the car show. You also agree that your vehicle is legally registered to be on the road (unless towed) and has insurance to cover any damages that you may cause and that you will be held financially responsible for any damages you cause day of event. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the entire application, event information and understand what is expected of you to prepare your vehicle.
