The New Year Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show will be Saturday January 28th, 2023 at the Harlingen Convention Center, 701 Harlingen Heights Dr., Harlingen, Texas 78552
EVENT WILL BE OUTDOORS from 11am to 4pm
Check-In/Move-In/Same day Registration starts at 10am.
Judging: 11 to 2pm
Awards Ceremony: 3pm
Open to ALL CARS, TRUCKS & MOTORCYCLES.
All Makes, Models and Years.
Registration Entry Fee: $25
Deadline is 1/27/2023 must be paid online or via CashApp.
***Same Day (Late) Entry Fee: $30 Cash or CashApp only day of event 1/28/2023.

People’s Choice - Voted by Participants
Club Member Contributor Award - Most Participants
Best Female Driven – Female participants only
Best Kid Ride - Any powerwheels/go cart/4 wheeler/etc kids under 12
Club Charitable Award -Club that donates most Ibs cat/dog food
Most Charitable Award - Individual that donates most Ibs cat/dog food
Awards are subject to change as needed.
We will be collecting donations of new bags of Cat/Dog Food for the Harlingen Humane Society. Club and Individual with most donations day of event will get a special award during ceremony. General public is always encouraged to donate to our cause. Event is Free to the General Public. No outside food or drinks will be allowed, except water. Support HCC Food Sales. Parking for Spectators will be at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. No touching or leaning on any cars while taking pictures, be respectful of all vehicles.
1. All parking will be on a first come first serve basis.
2. Vehicle numbers are randomly assigned once your registration is received (does not indicate parking space)
3. Tents are welcomed behind vehicle or on grassy areas.
4. Give yourself space double park or skip one parking space so that spectators can comfortably go around your vehicle.
5. All registered participants must stay till awards. You must be present to receive award (unless an emergency please notify me)
5. You will be judged on paint, body, finish, wheels & tires, engine bay, interior and overall appearance & showmanship. Vehicle Hood and trunk must be open. Judges must have access to all areas of vehicle.
All judge’s decision is final.
Fee and Application must both be in before day of event so you are considered official registered.

I am asking everyone to donate $25 to help us support our local charities and to help offset the cost of running the show.

If it is severe or hurricane type weather, then event will be postponed to a later date.
If donating cash please have correct change. Once you register I will text you your car number # a few days before event. Day of event you will get same printed number and you will place on inside of windshield for judging 🏆

Whether you pre-register or register day of event, by participating in this event, you agree that entry shall serve as a photo release. Entrants and participants by registering for this event, you understand that you release and discharge Rebecca O' Productions and it's owner, Rebecca Orellana-Anciso aka Rebecca Car Queen, location of event South Padre island Craft Beer Festival, Cameron County Amphitheater and Event Center , City of Mercedes street festival , Advance Auto Parts/Harlingen Convention Center, City of Harlingen, sponsors, employees, volunteers, judges and any participants from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes that may be suffered by an entrants and their guests during or after this event. Rebecca O’ Productions is NOT responsible for any theft or injuries that occur during any part of the car show and will NOT be held accountable for such acts. Car Show Judges decision is also final. Good Sportsmanship is appreciated and anyone acting out of line will be asked to leave car show grounds and may be possibly banned from participating in any future events. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. All registration/entry fees and money collected is not transferable, non-refundable whether you show up to event or not. If you encounter a problem, please address any and all concerns to Rebecca Car Queen. You also understand that All Fees are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, NO EXCEPTION!! This applies even if you cannot attend event and/or date changes due to weather. By signing this application, registering online or day of event, you agree with the terms of the car show. You also agree that your vehicle is legally registered to be on the road (unless towed) and has insurance to cover any damages that you may cause and that you will be held financially responsible for any damages you cause day of event. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the entire application and understand what is expected of you to prepare your vehicle.
