 Important Event Details:

  • All contestants must be naturally born women
  • This is a charity toy drive event and all donations are appreciated
  • 2 competition categories: Christmas Fashion Wear & Evening Gown Wear Only 
  • All attire must be age appropriate. Full length evening gowns are preferred. Make-up is allowed at all ages. This is a semi-glitz pageant and any fake nails, tans or other inappropriate items are not allowed on younger contestants. 
  •  Entry Fee $75 plus the following donation items MUST be brought day of event: 1 girl toy ($10), 1 boy toy ($10), 5 can goods ($5) and 5 school supply items ($5). 
  • Contestant can also donate $30 if they can not bring in items required there is an option to pay this on-line when you register using link below or bring cash that day
  • Contestants who donate more than the required 2 toys will be put in the running for the title of "Queen of Sharing" Winner will receive a Crown, Sash and Trophy on stage and will be part of the Queen court. This does not affect scores for main title and queen can be double crowned. In other words win main title and queen of sharing
  • All contestants must email or text a headshot photo that will be used at the pageant, for on-line voting (does not effect scores or crowning this will be for an extra award) and for most photogenic email to Rebeccaoproductions@yahoo.com  or text 956-454-3065


  • Only 1 female is allowed backstage with contestant and that person must also pay general admission.
  • Parents walking child on-stage must wear black this is so that you don't take away attention from your child. Ages 4 and up MUST walk on stage by themselves parent must wait behind curtain
  • People's Choice are $1 per vote. This is for an extra award on stage and does not effect scores or crowning. Cash only and you can vote during the event

Important Event Details:

***For Reina Del Valle contestant must be of Hispanic, Latina and/or Mexican Decent***

  1. Must be a natural born female. No exceptions. 
  2. Must have never been married nor have children. ONLY Miss, Ms/Mrs Divisions may be married/divorced/separated and/or have children.
  3. No Experience is needed, and Contestant must reside in South Texas (San Antonio down)
  4. Only One adult per contestant backstage. Must be female. Anyone backstage or in auditorium MUST purchase an admission ticket.
  5. This is a semi-glitz pageant. Age-appropriate outfits and make-up are required.
  6. Crowned Queens MUST attend at LEAST 3 events during year of reign.
  7. Director can change/modify/eliminate age divisions as needed based on registration. 
  8. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. Good Sportsmanship is asked of all contestants and their families.
  9. Any parents walking or carrying their child on-stage (under 3 yrs old) must wear black if possible, this is so that you don't take away attention from your child.
  10.  Ages 4 and up MUST walk on stage by themselves parent/guardian must wait behind curtain

People’s Choice

Personal Interview 

Personal interviews will take place before the actual pageant begins. No one is allowed to be with you during your interview. You need to wear a casual outfit, trendy yet classy or a business suit for this portion of the competition like a pant or skirt suit. Questions asked will be emailed to contestants a few days before the pageant. 


Opening Dance (NOT SCORED)

You will be learning a choreographed opening dance number during the pageant practice. (Same Day) Don't worry it will be simple choreography.  The required attire is a RED cocktail dress (knee length or shorter) may have glitter, sequins etc. Contestants will wear same outfit used for dance for on-stage introduction which will be judged. 


On-Stage Introduction 

This is brief introduction, try to keep under 1 minute. It must include your name, city, age and may include goals, favorite quote, hobbies or something interesting about yourself. (Opening Dance Attire RED DRESS)


Latin Fashion Wear 

Latin wear is something that is in style (your style) and flatters your body and personality that reflects the Hispanic, Latina and/or Mexican Culture and Traditions . No Plain Jeans and be creative! Walk and outfit coordination will be judged. This is outfit of choice (any color) but must be fashionable and trendy. This is high fashion runway attire,  you can also use props such as hats, sunglasses, etc. 


Evening Gown 

Your dress should reflect your personality and be age appropriate. Choose a dress that best flatters your body type… feel comfortable in it. Must be floor length and can be any style or shade of color. 


On-Stage Question 

Delegates will be asked a final onstage question. The bonus points will be added to final score after all areas of competition have been calculated. 


Photogenic 

Must look as professional as possible, clear and good resolution. No distracting bacKgrounds. Must be a head shot that shows your natural facial beauty without effects or alterations (no glitz photos) . Be sure to smile!

Pageant Schedule on Saturday MAYT 21ST, 2022 

  1. Pageant Dance Practice 11:30pm to 12:30pm. Please be on time
  2. Lunch 12:30 to 1:00pm (on your own)
  3. Personal Interviews (ages 6 and up) 1:30pm - 2:30
  4. Contestants under 5 arrive/check-in at 2:00pm
  5. Pageant Starts at 3:00pm. Doors open at 2:45pm

Crowning and Queen Prizes

One Queen will be crowned in each age division. They will receive a rhinestone crown, satin sash, crown pin, and trophy. All Runner-Ups will receive a mini crown and trophy in each age division. Any prize can change or be replaced at director’s discretion. 

Photo Shoot/Package and other prizes may be added to all queens as more sponsors  are acquired. Thank You for your interest and Best of Luck at the Pageant!!

This is outfit of choice  but must be fashionable and trendy. This is high fashion runway attire,  you can also use props such as hats, sunglasses, bandanas etc.


Evening Gown 

Your dress should reflect your personality and be age appropriate. Choose a dress that best flatters your body type… feel comfortable in it.  MUST BE FLOOR LENGTH length and can be any style or shade of color.  Only exception to this is the baby and little miss divisions under 23 months. 


On-Stage Question 

Delegates will be asked a final onstage question. The points will be added to final score after all areas of competition have been calculated. This will be done in your evening gown. 


Photogenic

Red Rose Wear

This is for the younger contestants only who do not do an interview. This is anything that is fashionable and stylish that is RED. It could be a cocktail dress or something that has roses on it,  pant/skirt suit, for the babies a onesie etc. you can add headbands and rose accessories as needed.


On-Stage Introduction 

This is brief introduction, try to keep under 1 minute. It must include your name, city, age and may include goals, favorite quote, hobbies or something interesting about yourself.  This is done is a red knee length cocktail style dress may be any style of choice. 


Personal Interview 

This is done right before the pageants, this is a one to one interview in front of all 3 judges. Each judge will ask 2 questions for a total of 6 questions. (5 minutes max) .They may also ask follow up questions based on your responses.  This is your chance to show your personality to the judges and your only chance to get that close interaction with them. If time permits a list of all possible questions that can be asked will be emailed to the contestants. You wear a business pant/skirt suit or Sunday's best, something you would wear to a job interview.  


Western Fashion Wear

Personal Interview

People’s Choice

Patriotic Wear Outfit must be Red, White, and Blue  and must show your American patriotism. This is open to any outfit of your choice that is classy yet trendy. It can be a dress, a costume, dress pants, skirts etc. it can also be military related but incorporate required colors or anything that speaks America, Our Flag and Freedom.  


Western Fashion Wear 

Western wear is something that shows off your inner cowgirl. Anything that is western, stockshow, and country will work. You may wear boots or heel or whatever makes your outfit work well together.  No Plain Jeans and be creative! Walk and outfit coordination will be judged. This is outfit of choice  but must be fashionable and trendy. This is high fashion runway attire,  you can also use props such as hats, sunglasses, bandanas etc.


On-Stage Introduction 

This is brief introduction, try to keep under 1 minute. It must include your name, city, age and may include goals, favorite quote, hobbies or something interesting about yourself.  


Evening Gown

No nails under 5, no tans that are out of the norm or distracting, keep hair pieces to a minimum, no showing of midriff (stomach area for younger age groups) ALL OUTFITS MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE! Points will be deducted for not following rules.

  5. This is a semi-glitz pageant. Age-appropriate outfits and make-up are required.
  6. Crowned Queens MUST attend at LEAST 3 events during year of reign.
  7. Director can change/modify/rearrange/eliminate age divisions as needed based on registration. 
  8. Judge’s decision is final. Arguing or public outbreaks of any form will NOT be tolerated. Good Sportsmanship is asked of all contestants and their families.
  9. Any parents walking or carrying their child on-stage (under 3 yrs old) must wear BLACK if possible, this is so that you don't take away attention from your child.
  10.  Ages 4 and up MUST walk on stage by themselves parent/guardian must wait behind curtain

On-Stage Introduction 

This is brief introduction, try to keep under 1 minute. It must include your name, city, age and may include goals, favorite quote, hobbies or something interesting about yourself.  This is done isn your black knee length cocktail style dress (same dress used for dance)


Personal Interview 

This is done right before the pageants, this is a one to one interview in front of all 3 judges. Each judge will ask 2 questions for a total of 6 questions. (5 minutes max) .They may also ask follow up questions based on your responses.  This is your chance to show your personality to the judges and your only chance to get that close interaction with them. If time permits a list of all possible questions that can be asked will be emailed to the contestants. You wear a business pant/skirt suit or Sunday's best, something you would wear to a job interview.  You can answer in English or Spanish .


Latin Fashion/Costume Wear 

Latin wear is an outfit or costume that is in style (your style) and flatters your body and personality that reflects the Hispanic, Latina and/or Mexican Culture and Traditions. No Plain Jeans and be creative! Walk and outfit coordination will be judged. This is an outfit of choice (any color) but must be fashionable and trendy. You must adhere to the theme and you may use props such as hats, sunglasses, etc. 


RGV Fashion/Costume Wear 

RGV Costume Wear is an outfit or costume that represents any  part of the Rio Grande Valley culture, environment, unique places and events from agriculture and farming to Science and South padre island .  This outfit/costume should be unique and reflect on something that makes the Rio Grande Valley Special and/or means something to you. You will need to think outside the box and be creative.  Walk, outfit coordination, and Costume significance will be judged. You will be asked to fill out a notecard before the pageant about what your outfit is, what it represents and why you chose it. This is an outfit of choice but must adhere to theme, props are welcomed. No swimsuits alone. This is not swim wear!

You can also use props such as hats, scarfs, etc. Shoes can be any color but red, neutral/tan, clear  or black are a great choice.
